Getting to your appointment is easy. Free transportation is available to our volunteers and their caregivers.
Insight Clinical Trials has partnered with Lyft for Healthcare to provide free, reliable transportation for our volunteers, and no smartphone or app download is necessary.
Although Lyft for Healthcare is HIPAA-compliant, we will need to provide a first name and phone number when scheduling your pick up. Lyft will not affect a volunteer's compensation for a study.
How It Works

When booking an appointment with Insight Clinical Trials, let us know you need a ride to and from the appointment.

When a ride is booked in advance by Insight Clinical Trials, the passenger will receive a text with the scheduling information at the time of the booking (if the volunteer has a cell phone). If they do have a cell phone, Insight Clinical Trials will give you the scheduling information.

When a car is on the way to the pick-up location, the passenger will receive another text or call (either to cell phone or landline) notifying them that their ride is on the way.

The car will take the volunteer and their caregiver (if necessary) to the appointment in Beachwood.

At the end of the appointment, Insight Clinical Trials will schedule a ride back to the volunteer's home.
