COVID-19 Guidelines and Procedures

at Insight Clinical Trials

Your health and safety are very important to us. Please be reassured that our office has
implemented a COVID-19 specific protocol to thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces
before and after each patient visit. Our staff will use personal protective equipment (PPE)
and wear masks with patients. We kindly ask that all visitors wear a mask as well.

Prior to your visit to our office, please take note the of the following:

• Virtual visits may be an option for you. Please contact us at 216-526-1843 to see if this is a
  possibility for the study and care you are receiving at the time.

• Our office will contact you 24 hours prior to your appointment to review the following and
  check symptoms.

• Please reschedule if you or anyone in your household has a fever, cough, trouble breathing or any symptoms that have been associated with COVID-19. Review common symptoms here.

• Reschedule if you have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

• Upon arrival to our office, please call 216-526-1843 to let us know you are here.

• Please wear a mask to your appointment. Please leave any possessions not needed for the appointment in your car. Hand sanitizer will be available in our waiting room for you to use prior to entry to the exam rooms.

• Patients will be scheduled so that only one patient may be in our waiting room at a time.

• Upon entering the building, patients will have a quick temperature scan. If your temperature is higher than 99.0 F, you will be asked to reschedule.  

• If someone has driven or accompanied you to your appointment, they will need to wait outside the office unless you need their assistance.
