done without volunteers for our Alzheimer's research studies.
 

Alzheimer's study treatments are dependent upon your current symptoms and treatment regimens. 

Individuals that have memory issue concerns can also be provided a free confidential screening and consultation.

Your first visit to Insight Clinical Trials will consist of a free mental health evaluation. All the assessments done throughout the Alzheimer's research clinical trials are free of cost and study medication is also provided at no cost. No insurance is needed or required to participate. Insight Clinical Trials is currently running several clinical studies for Alzheimer's disease.

  • We are looking for study candidates that are between the ages of 55-87

  • Diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment OR diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease

What Is Alzheimer's Disease?

 

Alzheimer's disease is a progressive disorder that causes brain cells to waste away (degenerate) and die. Alzheimer's disease is the most common cause of dementia — a continuous decline in thinking, behavioral and social skills that disrupts a person's ability to function independently.

The early signs of the disease may be forgetting recent events or conversations. As the disease progresses, a person with Alzheimer's disease will develop severe memory impairment and lose the ability to carry out everyday tasks. There is no known treatment that cures Alzheimer's disease or alters the disease process in the brain.

Common Signs and Symptoms of Alzheimer's Disease:​

 

  • Repeating statements and questions over and over

  • Forgetting conversations, appointments or events, and not remember them later

  • Routinely misplacing possessions, often putting them in illogical locations

  • Getting lost in familiar places

  • Eventually forgetting the names of family members and everyday objects

  • Having trouble finding the right words to identify objects, express thoughts or take part in conversations
